Jaffer Business Systems (Private) Limited and Punjab Information Technology Board signed contract for Provisioning of Citizens Services Representatives and Help Desk Services Representatives for Citizen Facilitation and Services Centers ( E-Khidmat Markaz) across Punjab. Citizen Facilitation and Services Centers are set up by the Government in order to facilitate the public in interacting with various government departments/agencies under one roof so that the public at large may get benefit from these centers.
